The Abriendo Puertas (AP) tutoring and homework help program is designed to support
students from Spanish-speaking households in unlocking their academic potential, providing
assistance, and offering access to diverse experiences and resources. TThe Tutoring Coordinator oversees the planning and day-to-day operations of Centro Latino’s Abriendo Puertas (AP) tutoring and homework help program. This role includes managing logistics, communication, documentation, and reporting, as well as recruiting and leading tutors and volunteers. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children succeed both academically and personally and will ensure the smooth implementation of educational and after school programming.
