Client Services

Centro Latino’s Client Services team provides direct support to individuals and families by connecting them to essential community resources. Services include assistance with filling out documents, translation support, referrals, and access to our food pantry.

Our goal is to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and empowered as they navigate available services. We are committed to offering compassionate, culturally appropriate assistance to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Every last Friday of each month, we will have Jimema, a Community Health Worker who will help us build a healthier community.
Thank you to Catawba County Public Health for providing us with a bilingual community health worker. We can help you with:​

  • Applying for Medicaid and affordable medical care

  • Finding medical services for vision, hearing, dental, and mental health

  • Prescription assistance applications

  • Applying for SNAP/EBT and finding other food resources

  • Applying for housing options

  • Getting clothes and baby care items

  • Help applying for available jobs through the NCWorks program and other services to support employability

  • Connecting you with transportation services​
